Standard

We aim for the website to conform to Israeli Standard IS 5568 ("Web Content Accessibility Guidelines"), which is based on the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA, as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013. We also work towards WCAG 2.1 level AA.

Scope

This statement covers the public website at pillar.security. It does not cover the Pillar platform (app.pillar.security), a password-protected service for business customers. Customers who need accessibility support in the platform can contact the coordinator below.

What we have done

• Built the site with semantic HTML, a set page language and a heading structure.
• Provided text alternatives for meaningful images and marked decorative images so screen readers skip them.
• Labelled form fields and set autocomplete attributes so browsers and assistive tools can fill them.
• Made the layout responsive so content can be zoomed and read on small screens.
• Respected the operating system's "reduce motion" setting for animations.
• Made links and controls reachable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Audited every page of the site with automated tools (axe-core) and checked keyboard use and zoom by hand.

Known limitations

We are working to fix the following. Until then, contact us and we will provide the information in another way.

• Some text and buttons do not yet have enough color contrast.
• Some links and buttons, such as card links and icon buttons, do not yet have a text label for screen readers.
• When moving through the main menu with a keyboard, focus can land on menu items that are not shown.
• Some background and decorative videos play automatically without a pause control.
• Some third-party components, such as the reCAPTCHA on our forms and embedded content, are outside our full control and may not be fully accessible.
• Older blog posts and downloadable PDF reports may not be fully accessible. We can provide accessible versions on request.

הצהרה זו חלה על האתר הציבורי pillar.security. היא אינה חלה על פלטפורמת Pillar ‏(app.pillar.security), שירות המוגן בסיסמה ללקוחות עסקיים. לקוחות הזקוקים לתמיכת נגישות בפלטפורמה מוזמנים לפנות לרכז הנגישות.

מה עשינו

• האתר בנוי ב-HTML סמנטי, עם הגדרת שפת עמוד ומבנה כותרות.
• לתמונות בעלות משמעות יש טקסט חלופי, ותמונות עיצוביות מסומנות כך שקוראי מסך מדלגים עליהן.
• שדות הטפסים מתויגים וכוללים מאפייני השלמה אוטומטית.
• האתר רספונסיבי, וניתן להגדיל את התוכן ולקרוא אותו גם במסכים קטנים.
• האנימציות מכבדות את הגדרת "הפחתת תנועה" של מערכת ההפעלה.
• ניתן להגיע לקישורים ולפקדים באמצעות המקלדת, עם סימון פוקוס נראה.
• כל עמודי האתר נבדקו בכלים אוטומטיים (axe-core), ונבדקו ידנית ניווט במקלדת והגדלה.

מגבלות ידועות

אנו פועלים לתקן את הנושאים הבאים. עד לתיקונם, ניתן לפנות אלינו ונמסור את המידע בדרך חלופית.

• בחלק מהטקסטים והכפתורים ניגודיות הצבעים אינה מספקת עדיין.
• לחלק מהקישורים והכפתורים, כגון קישורי כרטיסיות וכפתורי אייקון, אין עדיין תווית טקסט לקוראי מסך.
• בניווט במקלדת בתפריט הראשי, הפוקוס עשוי לעבור לפריטי תפריט שאינם מוצגים.
• חלק מסרטוני הרקע והסרטונים העיצוביים מתנגנים אוטומטית ללא אפשרות עצירה.
• חלק מהרכיבים של צד שלישי, כגון reCAPTCHA בטפסים ותוכן מוטמע, אינם בשליטתנו המלאה וייתכן שאינם נגישים במלואם.
• ייתכן שפוסטים ישנים בבלוג ודוחות PDF להורדה אינם נגישים במלואם. נשמח לספק גרסה נגישה לפי בקשה.
